How to select Fresh King Oyster mushroomsSelect firm-capped mushrooms with a fresh and woodsy odor. It should not be slimy or bruised.
Bright dark-brown colour cap and white, firm stem should be the main concerns for selection.
How to store
Wrap in the brown paper bag and refrigerate them. They can last fresh for about 10 days.
How to use
Rinse slightly just before cooking. Slice the whole mushroom depending on your preference.
The gorgeous white slices can be used whole or you can julienne.
