The nine year history of ENVIRO Mushroom Farm Inc. is characterized in growing such exotic mushrooms as Enoki and King Oyster. The 120,000 square feet hygienic and enviro-mentally controlled facilities utilizes unique liquid spawn cultivation method, which helps to grow mushroom spawn stronger and healthier. In 2005, Enviro adapted the most up-to-date and automatic growing facilities in Milton, Ontario, which enables us to supply 0.5 million tons of King Oyster and 0.5 million tons of Enoki mushrooms per year. Although the mushrooms grown at Enviro Farm are not certified organic? Enviro assures of safety and quality of Enoki and King Oyster mushrooms by growing them with filtered air, no pesticides and purified water. It would claim organic, only if it could guarantee that the rice bran, wheat bran and soy bean hull used in the growing media are from organically grown crops.
